Vestrata is operated by Hillbrook Projects Pty Ltd (ACN 152 218 304). By using this website or the platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Accounts and access

• Access is granted at our discretion and may be scoped by role.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Do not share logins. Ask us for an additional scoped account instead.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, drawings, certificates and records you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, index and display that content to the parties you have given access to, and to operate and improve the platform.

You warrant you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so does not breach anyone's confidentiality, privacy or intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to access records you have not been granted access to.
• Do not probe, scan or stress test the platform without our written permission.
• Do not scrape or bulk export data other than through features we provide.

The record is not professional advice

Vestrata organises and presents information. It does not provide legal, building surveying, engineering, insurance or financial advice. Compliance artefacts, valuations, risk signals and maintenance forecasts shown in the platform are aids, not determinations. You remain responsible for your own obligations under the National Construction Code, the Building Act 1993 (Vic), your contracts, and any applicable state or territory law.

Accuracy

Much of what appears in a property record originates from documents supplied by builders, owners, managers and contractors. We do not warrant that supplied content is accurate, complete or current. Where the platform marks a record as unverified, treat it as unverified.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability arising out of or in connection with the platform is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination we will make your records available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, subject to our retention obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
